摘 要： 有一种广为接受的批评认为，罗尔斯的政治自由主义存在政治缺位的问题，而且它的公共理性理念严重地限制了公共领域中政治慎议的活力。但原初状态中所塑造的公共理性应当被解释为一种慎议政治的模式。根据这种解读，政治自由主义与公共理性恰恰在两个方面扩展了公共领域理念的政治潜力：一是把制度法律结构的建立间接地确定为公共领域理念与慎议政治的产物；二是基于公共领域的理念塑造了私人自主性，并在良序社会中将私人自主性与政治自主性置于平等的价值位阶上，最终实现了两种自主性的同源性。

Extending on Public Reason and the Idea of Public Sphere

Abstract: A widely accepted criticism says that there is an absence of the political in Rawls’s political liberalism, and its idea of public reason severely restricts the vitality of political deliberations in the public sphere. But public reason modeled in the original position should be elucidated as a model of deliberative politics. According to this reading, political liberalism and public reason extended the political potentials of the idea of public sphere in the following two dimensions: on one hand, they indirectly identified the institutional and legal structure as the product of the idea of public sphere and deliberative politics; on the other hand, they modeled the private autonomy through the idea of public sphere and secured the co-originality of private autonomy and political autonomy by situating them in the equal order of values in the well-ordered society.
