摘 要： 拉丁美洲哲学（以下简称拉美哲学）的问题、理论出发点和理论方案非常广泛，我在这里不能面面俱到地加以探讨。在这篇论文中我首先描述拉美哲学的若干基本特征，然后以三个代表人物为例，描述其主要论题。最后，我将就普遍理性与普遍伦理学之必要性及其对拉美哲学、对一切带有伦理批判要求之哲学而言的奠基意义，提出若干关键评论和思考。

Latin-American Philosophy: A Critical Theory without Ultimate Justification?

Abstract: The problem, the theoretical beginning and proposals of the Latin-American philosophy are very comprehensive and here I don’t claim to handle with all of the things. In this paper, at first I describe several basic characteristics of the Latin-American philosophy (I) and then several arguments of three most important representatives as examples(II). At last I will raise a few important criticisms and thoughts about the necessity of universal rationality and ethic and its foundation for the Latin-American philosophy, and also for any philosophy with ethical-critical claim.
